Coteam specializes in coaching missionaries, teams, churches and agencies that desire to maximize their effectiveness among least reached and resistant peoples.

We want to assist you and your team to make the greatest impact possible in the area of ministry to which God has called you.

First Steps:

1. Evaluate

1. Is my ministry engaging a least-reached or resistant people group?
2. Am I confident that our effort is appropriate to the context and effective? Is our progress toward our goals on schedule?
3. Could outside coaching lend confidence to what we are doing and enhance our engagement within this people group?

2. Inquire

1. Understand the difference between counselling, mentoring and coaching and determine how coaching might augment your effectiveness in your cross-cultural ministry.
2. Obtain further information regarding the advantages of an objective coaching relationship.

3. Enrol

1. Write to CoTeam requesting a Preliminary Inquiry Form.
2. Complete the form and send it to CoTeam.
